Nature’s Harvest Organics is: Always Local, Always Organic

When comparing our produce to others, please be sure you are not comparing “apples and oranges”. Our produce comes from ALL local sources (within 30 miles of Indianapolis) and is Certified Organic (or in the transition to organic production.) Local and Organic - We believe these are two very important factors in our local food system.

When comparing our prices, we like to think we are below retail cost of local organic produce at the store. We find Farmer’s Markets sometimes difficult to compete with for 2 reasons. #1, most Farmer’s Market vendors around Indianapolis are not organic or certified organic. #2 Farmer’s Market vendors do not have the overhead that we have. Our extra expenses come from: CSA member service, the Fresh Page, packaging, delivery, organic certification and more! Each week we try to pack the share 10%+ above retail value of local organic produce when we are able.

Please consider $2.00 of your weekly share payment as a delivery fee to the pick-up location.
